Hannah and James picking veggies
Our Gardens of Grace are very fruitful this year. After an early scare of tomato rotting, Sue Nixon quickly amended the soil with limestone and we are happy to report that it worked! Our very first tomato crop is being delivered almost weekly now to 'Circle of Concern' Food Pantry in Valley Park.  In addition to tomatoes we have peppers, green beans, cucumbers, lettuce, zucchini, and yellow squash. Thank you Alice, Sue, Jim and Barb for all your help, picking, watering and delivering. We would love to have more gardening angels. Are you available and interested in investing an hour a week to help feed the hungry?
Send us an email HERE and we will put you right to work. Blessings to all the angels out there, making this wonderful ministry possible. Especially to our plant takers, whose donations work right back into the gardens.
